Version 2.1 — in review
- Two new techniques: Cross-Stitch brings ordered Nonogram-style runs; Gingham brings Takuzu-style balance, adjacency, and line uniqueness.
- Six modes remain live today: Patchwork, Appliqué, Piecing, Stitchline, Rosette, and Buttons are the modes currently presented by the App Store listing.
- Expanded surfaces: The 2.1 project is playable across iOS, iPadOS, Mac Catalyst, visionOS, and tvOS, with Gingham also reaching Apple Watch in the current project.
- Broader product work: ShareGrid, links, Stats & Insights, event mechanics, rotation, duel notifications, and festivals are part of the latest project status.
- Core play offline: daily puzzles generate and play on-device. Purchases, Game Center, backup, and continuity use optional Apple services when connected.
Availability is a separate gate
The App Store currently has the released iPhone and iPad app with six daily modes. Cross-Stitch and Gingham are described here as implemented in the latest project but not yet as downloadable storefront features while 2.1 remains in review. Mac and visionOS 2.1 are also in review; tvOS remains on its separate 2.0 review path.
