- Quilt Journey: a progressive route through 100 Patchwork levels alongside the existing daily ritual.
- Clear free boundary: levels 1–20 are included free; the one-time Full Quilt unlock opens levels 21–100.
- Completion loop: finish a level, share the result if you choose, then move directly to the next board.
- Learn every technique: twelve-level introductory paths for Appliqué, Piecing, Stitchline, Rosette, Buttons, Cross-Stitch and Gingham, alongside Patchwork's Journey.
- Choose your pace: Relaxed play remains the default, with optional timed Pattern Path challenges and earned Thread rewards.
- Apple TV journeys: a separate compact, untimed 100-level Patchwork Journey and seven twelve-level technique paths. The first twelve levels of each technique remain free; Full Quilt adds Patchwork levels 13–100. Hints are free and progress is saved on the television.
- See every square: clearer Cross-Stitch, Gingham and Buttons grids on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Vision Pro, with stronger cell boundaries when Increase Contrast is enabled.
- More room for larger text: the Quilt Journey card gives its level details a separate row at accessibility text sizes while keeping the familiar layout at standard sizes.
- Everyday refinements: more accurate Continue actions, reliable reminder scheduling, clearer pending purchase messages, and reduced-motion TV focus effects.
- Keep what you own: Full Quilt remains a permanent purchase. Existing owners retain their access; paid coin packs and subscriptions are not included in this preview.
- No availability or price claim: the feature is not in the current App Store build, and this preview does not announce a future localized price.
Version 2.1 — current on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro
- Eight techniques: Patchwork, Appliqué, Piecing, Stitchline, Rosette, Buttons, Cross-Stitch, and Gingham.
- Current full-puzzle surfaces: iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro are published on version 2.1.
- Bundled companions: Apple Watch and iMessage ship with the iPhone product and retain their own feature sets.
- Core play offline: daily puzzles generate and play on-device. Purchases, Game Center, backup, and continuity use optional Apple services when connected.
Apple TV — current on version 2.0
Apple TV uses six compact, remote-native daily techniques. It is available now, but it is not a Coverlet 2.1 release and does not claim the complete eight-technique shelf.
