CoverletCoverlet uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement rather than a separate custom app license.
Agreement and app license
By downloading or using Coverlet, you agree to Apple’s Standard EULA and the applicable Apple Media Services terms. These website terms supplement that agreement for Coverlet-specific policies. If there is a conflict about the app license, Apple’s Standard EULA controls.
What Coverlet provides
Coverlet is a logic-puzzle game that generates boards on your device and stores progress locally. Features may include daily boards, practice and pack boards, a quilt gallery, Sprint mode, reminders, widgets, Live Activities, optional Game Center, sharing, and one-time in-app purchases.
Acceptable use
You may use Coverlet for personal, non-commercial enjoyment as permitted by the Standard EULA. You must not misuse the app or website, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute modified copies, or violate another person’s rights.
Purchases
Digital content is purchased through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Prices, taxes, billing, purchase authorization, refunds, and storefront availability are handled under Apple’s terms and applicable law. See the Payment Policy and Refund Policy.
Availability and changes
Coverlet may change, improve, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Daily boards are based on your device date. Optional Apple services may be unavailable because of device, account, region, network, or Apple-service conditions.
Intellectual property
Coverlet’s software, artwork, visual design, writing, and brand elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Apple names and services belong to Apple and are used only to identify their services.
Warranty and liability
The warranty and liability provisions in Apple’s Standard EULA apply to the licensed app. Nothing here excludes or limits a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country or region.
