Patchwork is the place to begin.
Find the numbers, draw the rectangles, and cover every square without a gap or overlap. It is the classic Coverlet rhythm: clear enough to learn in a minute, deep enough to keep.

Make one patch. See why it clicks.
Every number belongs inside one rectangle with exactly that many squares. Start a tiny board, test your deduction, and keep the block when you finish.
- Start the demo. The numbered squares are your clues.
- Choose two corners. Tap a number, then its opposite corner.
- Check the patch. Finish all four rectangles or reveal the answer.
Start the demo, then choose a numbered square and its opposite corner.
Ready when you are. Start the demo to place your first patch.
How to solve Patchwork
Each number belongs inside exactly one rectangle whose area equals that number. Start with a corner or edge, test the shapes it can make, then remove candidates that would touch another number or strand an empty square.
When the final open cells form only one possible rectangle, the board is ready. Your finished solution becomes a block in your growing quilt.
