Refund policy

Apple handles
App Store refunds.

Because Apple processes every Coverlet purchase, refund requests and eligibility decisions are handled by Apple under its terms and applicable consumer law.

Request a refund

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
  2. Choose I’d like to, then choose Request a refund.
  3. Select a reason, choose the Coverlet purchase, and submit the request.

Eligibility and timing

Some App Store purchases may be eligible for a refund. Eligibility varies by country or region and is determined by Apple. Apple says an update on a submitted request typically takes 24 to 48 hours. If approved, the time for funds to return depends on the original payment method.

If the charge is missing or pending

A pending charge cannot be requested for refund until Apple issues a receipt. Check that you signed in with the Apple Account shown on the receipt, including accounts used by Family Sharing members where applicable.

App-specific help

If you want the purchase rather than a refund but content remains locked, use Studio → Restore purchases and contact Coverlet Support. Coverlet cannot approve refunds, see your complete billing record, or speed up Apple’s decision.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit rights or remedies available under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country or region.
