A focused daily board for the Mac desktop.
The complete Coverlet game comes to Mac through a carefully tuned Mac Catalyst experience—familiar in logic, deliberate in desktop scale.
Coverlet 2.1 for Mac is in App Review and is not yet confirmed released.

How it plays here
The full game, shaped for a window
Coverlet for Mac is the iOS app's Mac Catalyst destination, not a separate AppKit rewrite. That shared foundation keeps the puzzle engine, quilt, purchases, and product identity aligned. The presentation is tuned for desktop reality: a capped board instead of an endlessly growing grid, comfortable bottom spacing, and a compact tab structure that does not force a permanent sidebar into every window.
Pointer precision without tiny targets
Every board remains readable at a distance from the screen, while hover feedback and pointer interaction make cells and controls easier to acquire. Keyboard paths complement the pointer for repeated actions and navigation. The Mac layout avoids treating empty desktop space as an invitation to scatter controls; the board stays visually central.
Six puzzle languages, one desktop ritual
All six daily modes—Patchwork, Appliqué, Piecing, Stitchline, Rosette, and Buttons—share the same on-device generator used across the product. Quiet, Steady, and Intricate sizes offer a short break or a longer desk-side solve. Archives, packs, palettes, and My Quilt preserve the same sense that a completed board belongs somewhere.
What the Mac includes
The Mac build includes the full quilt, StoreKit unlocks, supported Game Center features, keyboard and pointer input, and a Mac widget. Live Activities are intentionally absent under Mac Catalyst even though some shared framework checks can misleadingly suggest otherwise. The website states that boundary plainly rather than copying every iPhone feature.
A universal purchase, released on its own gate
Coverlet uses one product identity across Apple's storefront records, but the Mac version still has its own App Store review and release state. This page previews the submitted 2.0 build. It will only describe the Mac version as available after the live storefront confirms release.
